When I opened the box - which was packaged like a gift from a fine boutique - I knew it was a perfect match. The handles are heavy, the quality is top notch, and the design and execution is beautiful. The service people are helpful and knowledgeable, available to answer all your questions. The woman I spoke with called me back within 30 minutes when the information I needed was not in her file. Personalized service like this is hard to find these days.
